Recruitment: Executive Director - Midcap

AFFIC is expanding its team and is looking for a Midcap Executive Director to lead our ambitious projects in the midcap sector. If you are passionate, rigorous, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit, this position is for you.

Main tasks:

• Define and manage the Midcap investment strategy.
• Identify, analyze and structure investment opportunities.
• Oversee the financial, legal and operational aspects of the deals.
• Represent AFFIC to partners and investors.
  

  Desired profile:

  • Higher education in finance, management or equivalent.
  • Significant experience (10 years) in Midcap, M&A or Private Equity.
  • Leadership, strategic thinking, strong analytical skills.
