Alassane has accumulated 20 years of experience in the financial sector in positions as a Manager, Director in Africa and internationally, and investor.

• Between 2022 and September 2024, he held the position of Regional Director of Cluster I at the financial institution COFINA, overseeing nearly 1,000 employees. In this role, he supervised 5 countries (Senegal, Mali, Togo, Gabon and the Paris office), after having been Managing Director of the Senegalese subsidiary since 2020.
• From October 2019 to February 2020, Alassane was Deputy General Manager of COFINA Senegal.
• From 2015 to July 2019, Alassane successively held the positions of Strategic Project Manager to the CEO, Financial and Accounting Manager, and then Director of Finance, Risk and Credit Back Office at the Charente Périgord Regional Bank of the Crédit Agricole Group in France (listed in Paris - CAC40). In this capacity, he was a member of the Bank's management committee with nearly 100 employees under his responsibility.
• From 2010 to 2015, Alassane completed the full career path at the General Inspection of the Crédit Agricole Group, from inspector to head of mission with diversified missions in corporate finance, private equity, asset management or compliance.
• Alassane began his career in 2006 at the Caisse Régionale de Touraine Poitou of the Crédit Agricole Group as a credit analyst and advisor to large companies at the Futuroscope Business Centre (Poitiers – 86).
