In recent years, Mamadou has progressed in the financial sector by holding strategic positions such as Management Control Manager, Special Advisor to the General Manager and finally Financial Director.

• Between 2021 and March 2025, he held the position of Chief Financial Officer at the financial institution COFINA. He led complex financial strategies and supported the transformation of institutions by strengthening performance and profitability. As a member of the Executive Committee, he also spearheaded major strategic projects while maintaining rigorous risk management. His key achievements include leading the corporate project for a sustainable transformation of the financial structure, designing financial engineering solutions to support production and control costs, and securing significant funding from institutional and banking partners, while ensuring strategic alignment and regulatory compliance.
• From 2016 to November 2021, Mamadou successively held the positions of Management Controller, Head of Management Control, and then Project Manager reporting to the CEO. During this period, he led strategic transformation projects aimed at optimizing overall company performance and strengthening its growth momentum.
• Mamadou began his career in 2011 at FIDES Microfinance, currently acquired by the BAOBAB Group, as a Reporting Officer and then Head of Back Office and Information System and Reporting.
