The role of AFFIC

AFFIC acts as a part-time Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Nowelli. Our role goes beyond simple accounting oversight; we act as a strategic partner on a daily basis. From the outset of our engagement, we conducted a comprehensive audit of existing processes and implemented rigorous management tools and key performance indicators (KPIs) tailored to the company's business.

Specifically, AFFIC oversees accounting, prepares budget forecasts, monitors cash flow, and produces monthly financial reports for senior management and Teranga Capital. We also ensure compliance with tax and social security obligations.

We act as a key liaison with the investment fund, ensuring complete transparency and seamless financial communication.
